Baixar legenda de filme (.srt)

Streaming do bucket R2 movie. Use o path retornado pelo search como está
(já contém legenda_id).

  • legenda_id: recomendado (lookup por PK + checagem de file_location; sem ele, fallback por file_location).
  • movie_id: informativo, ignorado no lookup.
  • Quota: user_type == 0 → 15/dia (meia-noite local). Estouro retorna 200 JSON, não 429.
  • Cada sucesso registra User_Downloads e incrementa download_counter.
  • Rate limit: 12/min.
